This full day tour from London to Stratford, Stonehenge, Bath and The Cotswolds is a treat for any Shakespearean fan...or anyone interested in seeing a lot of English countryside and history.

This tour begins with a stop at the most famous prehistoric mysterious monument in the world, Stonehenge. From there, it's on to Bath, where you can see the exquisite terraces and architecture of ancient Rome. Then there's a drive through the lovely Cotswolds with their charming limestone houses, tea shops and inns.

The final stop on this tour is Stratford-upon-Avon, where Britain's most famous writer, William Shakespeare, was born and now rests. Included is a private tour of the Shakespeare Birthplace Museum, a drive past his burial place - Holy Trinity Church - and you can even see the school Shakespeare attended. Champagne and strawberry scones are included in summer and cream tea in winter.

There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Stonehenge

First we head straight for Stonehenge the most popular prehistoric monument in the world. Come and marvel at the huge 40 ton Sarsens and the volcanic blue stones that were brought from Preseli mountains over 280 miles away. Discover the mysteries that surround the slaughter stone and see the numerous earth barrows where the beaker people lie buried before heading through the Salisbury plains towards Bath.

Bath and the Cotswolds

Bath, a world heritage site, is a beautiful Georgian city with delightful crescents, terraces and architecture. There will be plenty of time to shop and explore before we enjoy a drive through the Cotswolds. As we head north to Stratford we drive through the heart of the Cotswolds, taking in breathtaking views of open countryside criss-crossed by dry stone walls and bustling market towns with magnificent perpendicular churches.

Stratford-upon-Avon

Birthplace of William Shakespeare, the greatest writer in the English language, and home to the Royal Shakespeare Company. Stratford is a charming market town set in the heart of rural England. A delightful river winds its way through the town, past the beautiful Holy Trinity church, where Shakespeare lies buried. Our tour includes an exclusive visit to Shakespeare's birthplace before we enjoy Champagne and Strawberry scones*, served in his picturesque garden.

*Champagne and scones are replaced by a cream tea in a tradtional English pub during the winter months.
